Let God Be Judge

Psalms 24:1-2 The earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the waters.

We all know that we have choices to make. Many of our choices will influence our lives forever. Those choices include choosing between good and evil and between love and hate. At some point, you will come to realize that underneath it all lies the choice between Lord God and the devil.

By our faith in Christ Jesus, and prayer and repentance, we have salvation in Christ Jesus of Nazareth. Because we have chosen to follow Christ Jesus and not the devil, we are saved from hell and damnation. Although the devil may speak words of damnation and although people around us may speak words of condemnation, they are not greater than Lord God or Christ Jesus and their words will not prevail.

John 3:16

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.

Though we believe, we cannot just believe in silence. At one time or another, we must also speak of our belief. We must be courageous enough to confess verbally of our belief that Christ Jesus is our Lord and Savior and that we believe that he died for us and was raised from the dead, so that we will be saved.

Romans 10:9-10

9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

Having salvation in Christ Jesus, we need to try to keep God’s commandments and try to live righteously. We are not immediately perfect, but from the moment we have believed, we grow in Christ Jesus, becoming more and more what Christ Jesus would want us to be.

There are people that try to make situations and circumstances to test your faith. We need to avoid these when possible, and even pray to be protected from temptation. Changing where we go for fun, finding new friends that also believe in Christ Jesus can change circumstances and situations and sometimes help us completely avoid situations dangerous to Christians.

It seems a lot of people have turned against Lord God and some have given up believing in him. I believe that faith is being tested and that we cannot give up or grow weary. I have personally seen groups of people whose intention is to make Christians not believe or to make Christians fall from the grace of God. They have chosen their sin and I have asked Lord God to judge them.

Revelation 21:8

8 But the cowardly, [a]unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”

Those believers who stay faithful will be rewarded. We are meant to be overcomers in Christ Jesus. Although it may be hard or difficult, we still must stay strong.

Revelation 14:12-13

12Here is the perseverance of the saints who keep the commandments of God and their faith in Jesus. 13And I heard a voice from heaven, saying, “Write, ‘Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on!’” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “so that they may rest from their labors, for their deeds follow with them.”

Our deeds, our actions, our words and most importantly our hearts will be judged by Lord God and because we have tried to keep our faith and have tried to keep God’s commandments and have repented of our sin, our sin is forgiven and our endurance will be rewarded.

Revelation 21:1-8

1Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea. 2And I saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, made ready as a bride adorned for her husband. 3And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them, 4and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.”

5And He who sits on the throne said, “Behold, I am making all things new.” And He said, “Write, for these words are faithful and true.” 6Then He said to me, “It is done. I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give to the one who thirsts from the spring of the water of life without cost. 7“He who overcomes will inherit these things, and I will be his God and he will be My son.

Our walk with Christ Jesus, from this moment until the end, may be difficult but at the same time we should have peace. Even though it may not be a peaceful environment, we should do everything we can to have peace in our hearts. Keeping our minds on Christ Jesus, spending time reading the Holy Bible, spending time with Christian friends will help us keep our faith and help us keep our peace.

Roman 10:1-4

1Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.a 2For in Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set youb free from the law of sin and death. 3For what the law was powerless to do in that it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful man, as an offering for sin. He thus condemned sin in the flesh, 4so that the righteous standard of the law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

In the name of Christ Jesus, I pray to Lord God and Christ Jesus of Nazareth requesting that Lord God and Christ Jesus help us keep our faith and help us with our spiritual walk with Christ Jesus. Help us to grow in Christ Jesus, always becoming stronger in our faith and our knowledge of the Holy Bible. Help us to find Christian friends that build us up and not tear us down. Help us become more and more the person that you want us to be. Please grant us God’s justice for all attempts to keep us from our peace in Christ Jesus. I pray this request in Christ Jesus of Nazareth. Amen.
